For its loadings, SEKA utilizes (a) the tank farm of the refinery of Motor Oil (Hellas) (37.915N, 023.088E), which possesses a private port, which allows the continuous loading of vessels on round clock basis. and (b) the refinery of Hellenic Petroleum (ELPE) in Aspropyrgos (38.290N, 023.595E). Deliveries are made all along the coastal area of Piraeus wider waters (Piraeus Roads) apart from the Piraeus general anchorage.

Ex-pipe pumping rates are:
- Fuel Oil from 300mt/hour to 500mt/hour per pump. A vessel may require to load with two pumps (if available)
- Marine Gasoil at 250 mt/hour
Deliveries at Ag.Theodoroi can be made only ex-pipe during operation, while deliveries in Piraeus are made solely by barge.
